The DPI 603, which extends the Druck range of rugged portable battery powered pressure calibrators, has standard ranges of -1 to +1 bar, 2 bar, 10 bar or 20 bar gauge with an accuracy of +/- 0.075%.
Features
Designed for use in remote locations where AC power is not available, the DPI 603 enables pressure instrumentation to be serviced and calibrated. The DPI 603 features the capability to generate test pressures with an integral hand-pump up to 20 bar. A volume adjuster provides fine control of the desired test value and a venting valve enables pressure release without disconnection of the device under test.
The instrument has the capability to generate pressures up to 20 bar and measure to an accuracy of ±0.075% FS. If the device under test is a pressure sensor, the instrument also measures the current or voltage output and displays it together with the pressure reading. An energising voltage of 24Vdc is provided for powering the device under test if necessary. A fixed current output of 12mA is also provided for loop verification and this can be used in a sink or source mode.
