T-602 Audio Frequency Generator is provided with T-505 Pinpoint Fault Locator for pinpointing low resistance faults and detecting cable routes.
When detecting, T-602 will inject a signal current of 1kHz audio frequency into the cable, and accordingly a magnetic wave of the corresponding frequency will be generated on the cable. T-505 will collect this magnetic signal, thus obtaining information of the cable fault and the route.
