Powertech is committed to supporting community organisations in the regions in which we operate. We support organisations that engage disadvantaged young people and enable them to discover their own potential and assist with opportunities to improve their future.
Dismantle is a non-for-profit that exists to provide young people with enabling support so they can manage their life in a self-directed way. Dismantle’s flagship initiative BikeRescue is a youth development program that uses bicycle mechanic activities and mentors to help young people develop social skills, build confidence and connect to educational and vocational opportunities.

TRACTION engages local communities and serves those most in need by providing a safe, inclusive, action-based environment where vulnerable youth build self-esteem, find a sense of belonging, discover their potential and create their own future. TRACTION partners with referral agencies, such as schools, community organisations, child safety and youth justice agencies, to empower young people in need.
