Due to a continued need for various resources across our services we have an exciting permanent fulltime opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Perth team in our Malaga office.





As a Recruitment Administrator for Powertech you will be reporting to the General Manager. The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties including but not limited to:


– Provide recruitment administrative support to Project Managers and the broader team.

– Identify and shortlist suitable candidates by utilising the company’s internal recruitment system and other external platforms.

– Manage the candidate registration process.

– Arrange candidate interviews.

– Conduct reference checks.

– Create and maintain employee profiles.

– Ensure all candidate qualifications are valid and attached to the candidate’s file.

– Adhere to company policies and procedures.

– Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your line Manager.
